INSOMNIA BOOT CAMP

It's time for relief and to rest!

You're tired of being tired. You need quick and clear instruction that can be personalized to your life.

Bootcamp for Insomnia is a 6-week, 90 minute, online class, weekly for 90 minutes. After a private assessment session, you will begin a 6-week intensive process to get your sleep on track, break your problematic behaviors and beliefs, and have tools for life. This process will require a strong commitment to trying new helpful behaviors and maintaining a structured schedule to improve not just your sleep--it will improve your life. 

Dates:  Wednesdays, Jan 14th 2025 Through Feb 25 12 noon -1:30 pm PTD (Skipping Wednesday the 18th of February)

Cost: $500 Including 60 Minute Assessment ($850 value)

Online classes will not be recorded. Quiet, privacy, and a good internet connection is required. Materials will be provided for absences.
